there are basically 3 type in the market.
i. the sticky (or non sticky) plastic film type, which commonly use on mobile phones. they are cheap, easy to put on. but not scratch resistant, eventually, it will get scratches. they are hard to clean off oil.
there is glossy and matter film type. both works terrible under sunlight anyway. the main point is that they are cheap.
ii. orginal (or 3rdparty) hard plastic cover type. it is easily clipped on, no hassle of careful installing, or worried bubble forming like the film type. they have better oil resistant. sadly, many report of it is easily broken (clip area) and it blocks out a lot of light (thick) and is not viewable under sunlight too.
iii. rare choice, but common among Pro is the Glass type. it is good because it scratch resistant, clear, a lot easier to wipe of oil, downside, u have to be extra careful not to break it. i personally use this, although mine is cracked everywhere, its still very viewable and wipe off oil with ease.
